Yes, this group's name is "Purinketsu, Purinketsu". I think they are a comedy dance team. "Purin" means either "jiggly", or "flan" (because flan is jiggly). "Ketsu" means "butt" or "ass". So basically this group's name is "Jigglybutt, Jigglybutt", or "Jigglyass, Jigglyass" (or "Flanbutt, Flanbutt"...)

Oh, u r halfway correct; their name has another meaning.
"Purinketsu Purinketsu" is a parody of "Princess Princess", which is Japanese rock band consisting of girls only.
Though the original girls' group has already disbanded a decade ago, most of Japanese still get feminine impression from the name "Purinketsu Purinketsu".
